Each sector has different story. They are driven by multiple factor has cement cycle with various income opportunity, urban consumption approach. If we will come back to cement sector, then we will find the government is the largest consumer of cement, because it builds schools, hospitals, roads, railways, bus stands, dams and much more.  From the history of budget we can see with government's association public infrastructure is growing continuously. But in each year  in rainy season, this sector goes through  slower demand and just after rainy season it catches the fine of demand. So in this imbalance we  have to find balance in our portfolio.
